It involves technical fields such as transdermal absorption, microsphere preparation, cross-linking, nanotechnology, multilayer tablets, sustained and controlled release, and microsphere tablet pressing. In 2022, 16 formulation research and development projects were initiated. In 2023, 11 varieties have been submitted and 9 acceptance numbers have been obtained. By 2025, these varieties will successively obtain marketing and sales permits.

Including advanced preparation technologies such as microspheres, liposomes, cross-linking, and micelles, a research and development center for Class III medical devices is being established. The products under development are currently the first of their kind in China and are expected to be launched in 2025.
